Marjolein van Eck – IBM Europe Talent Leader and founder of IBM’s Digital Badges Program. In this role, Marjolein is responsible for defining and leading the Talent Strategy and initiatives across Europe needed to support business priorities. Programs focus in the areas of workforce planning,  talent acquisition, retention, performance management, career and expertise management, engagement and diversity.She was one of the founders of IBM’s Digital Badges program which has helped accelerate the skills as a currency strategy of IBM. In 2,5 years time IBM has issued over 1 million badges, of which over 700k to IBM employees.
